The costs of Basic Vision are usually covered by insurance.

The costs of PanOptix and Custom Vision are usually partially covered by insurance (which pays the usual costs of Basic Vision even if you upgrade to PanOptix or Custom Vision) and involve additional costs of non-covered services including the use of additional testing devices, surgical lasers, corrective lens implants and additional postoperative refractive services to reduce your need for glasses and contact lenses.

To help some patients achieve their visual goals more affordably, we offer Care Credit to allow monthly payments to fit your budget.
